Overview
This year we are delighted to be returning to The Armory on Park Avenue. It has been some years since The Photography Show was held there, and the building holds some very special memories for all the dealers who have been long-time members of AIPAD. We will be presenting an outstanding group of vintage prints exploring the theme of ‘the street’, a familiar backdrop to many of the most iconic photographs of the 19th and 20th Centuries. On our walls you will find rare street photography from the late 1800s to the present day by acclaimed practitioners including Bill Brandt, Henri Cartier-Bresson, the 19th Century Dixon Studio and Tina Modotti.
A group of rare Man Ray works will be a particular highlight in our presentation this year. Alongside this, we have curated an outstanding group of vintage prints from our post-war Japanese artists and estates which will include EI-Q, Masahisa Fukase, Hiroshi Hamaya and Ishiuchi Miyako to name a few.
We look forward to welcoming you to The Photography Show. You will find us at booth B10.
