John Davies (UK, 1949) is one of the most renowned landscape photographers and influential contemporary documentarians. He is famous for captureing the essence of the British countryside and urban landscape. For his latest project he has traveled the natural parks of the region of Castilla La Mancha and photographed its environment.

John Davies has traveled the Rio Dulce Natural Park, Natural Park Feather River Mundo and Sima, the Barranco de la Hoz and natural reserve Alto Tajo realizing the rich landscape of these territories. His images, taken during autumn, show a landscape of vegetation, sometimes exuberant; stratifications of rocky mounds which reveals erosion; deep chasms and wrapped in clouded skies.
